We put all projects through an estimating process and scrutinized them to insure all specifications and drawing details are covered.  We work with PDF and common CAD formats as well as hand drawn sketches.  Based on your requirements we can also create sketches to help the process.  When necessary, detailed shop drawings are created to identify construction options.  We have an efficient estimating process which enables us to provide multiple options for clients such as type of materials and finishes used; whether FSC certified, formaldehyde free or low/no VOC's - in addition to methods of fabrication, hardware and engineering choices. Giving clients options allows them the results they want while reducing costs/wastage and/or producing a greener, healthier environment.
