3	Port Townsend Rhododendron Festival Port Townsend's Annual Rhododendron Festival is celebrated in the spring when these beautiful flowers bloom all over Jefferson County. The week of events includes the Rhody Tour for cyclists, the Rhody Run for runners and a Grand Parade with floats and royalty.
